It's some time since we recruited anyone new at Be-IT. Having grown rapidly over the last year or so, it was probably time to take stock, also we were running out of chairs. However, if you're in the business of recruitment then it is necessary from time to time to do some recruiting yourself, which is what we've recently done, bringing in Jen to provide additional office and finance support. Like most people who work at Be-IT, she brings unique skills: in her case an ability to fall upstairs and drink vodka with Mexican food. Let's find out a bit more...

What other jobs have you done?
I have worked in recruitment for the last 18 years: roles ranged from office junior/receptionist/administrator, working my way up to become an account manager in my most recent role before joining Be-IT. Aside from that, I worked in a store café every Saturday whilst at school!
What it your biggest disaster at work (anywhere)?
Cleverly falling up the stairs with a tray of hot drinks on my way in to a client meeting.
Why did you join Be-IT?
I was invited in for interview with Stuart and Caroline and as soon as I walked through the door I could tell this was going to be a very refreshing place to work. It seems a great company to work for - there is a great team spirit and you can tell instantly that everyone works extremely hard, but also has time for a little fun.
Favourite food and drink and where in the world would you like to be when you are having them?
Mexican food with a vodka mojito in New York.

Which one of your colleagues makes you laugh the most?
She has some of the funniest stories to tell and she has me laughing out loud, a lot!
