We are seeking a talented, highly experienced ERP Project Manager to join a busy, friendly and dedicated team. This is an initial 12-month fixed term contract with the opportunity to be extended for a further 6 months beyond this point.

As an ERP Project Manager, you will manage the replacement of an ERP system which will likely be a cloud based solution.

Ideally, you’ll have a background/experience with; proven track record of ERP project delivery which involves process design, integration to 3rd party applications (banks etc.), reporting design, data migration, cutover planning; Experience of implementation of cloud based ERP solutions; Experience of implementation of at least Finance and HR modules within an ERP project Experience of implementing process design change and new ways of working within a business environment; Experienced in working with 3rd party implementation partners as well as internal business resource for the delivery of the project; Experience of project and business change management delivery frameworks; Applying project management methodologies and practices in a sometimes complex project delivery environment; Able to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively at all levels with technical and business teams, project stakeholders and sponsors; Experience of effectively managing and controlling project budgets as part of normal PM duties; Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills with experience of reporting to a senior audience; Self-motivated and highly organised with strong attention to detail; Uses initiative to resolve issues and is confident in ability to make decisions; Strong MS Office suite knowledge, including Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
