We’re seeking to recruit an experienced, forward thinking IT Service Introduction Manager for an established and highly successful not for profit organisation which has an impressive reputation in the market.
Within this role, you will be working within the IT & Transformation team based in central Glasgow and will be responsible for the successful transition of technology change from project into an operational environments, Working closely with and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, project managers, architects, subject matter experts and 3rd party supplier in order to continually improve IT Operational effectiveness.
Experience & understanding of: Expertise in Service Introduction; ITIL Certification; Proactive, interactive and confident working with cross functional teams and senior stakeholders; Experience ensuring project adherence and compliance within the Service Introduction process, including policies, processes, contractual and commercial terms; Defining SLAs; Managing the service transition processes involving internal and external groups, 3rd party managed services and hosted services; Building and maintaining internal and external relationships with key stakeholders; Designing, implementing and improving service introduction processes and governance; Suggesting improvements in current compliance processes, systems and procedures; Risk management, ensuring appropriate controls are in place and the confidence to challenging or enhancing where required.
