We’re seeking to recruit an experienced trainer for a 12-month fixed term contract with a global financial services company based at the Gyle, Edinburgh. Within this role you will support and train a large team of new IT analysts in a newly launched training academy.
On a daily basis, you’ll be co-ordinating people, material and resources for training; supporting subject matter experts to facilitate face-to-face training sessions; testing learning and understanding; working with technical experts to identify any specific training/coaching needs and creating learning libraries; reviewing training material to ensure fit for purpose and continuous improvement and working closely with the learning & development team to support Manager upskilling.
To be consider you’ll need the following experience: facilitating group training; designing and delivering learning & development solutions; creating engaging learning materials; working closely with stakeholders; training of IT professionals is highly desirable.
