We all know of companies who talk about their commitment to innovation and promise extensive training and development opportunities available to their employees. But in reality, how many of these companies actually deliver on that promise they made to you?
If you're a Java Developer that wants to work for a company that will give you these opportunities, then read on and get in touch.

Ultimately, the company would love for these side projects to get fully prototyped or get shipped to the customer.
You'll likely have 2+ years of commercial software development experience.
You've been developing in Java during that time.
You're happy to work with your team/stakeholders and define the required functionalities
More than likely, you feel there is a better opportunity for you to develop your skills, challenge yourself, and really enjoy your job.
