What do I need to succeed?
Above all, you’ll need to be able to scale large enterprise applications with a minimum of over 200,000 users (to several million and more). In addition, a good honors degree in computing, science or technology is a must, coupled with around 3 years’ development experience gained in any relevant commercial setting.
In return, they expect you (and everyone else) to listen, exchange ideas and pull together as a dynamic team. As a senior developer, you’ll be expected to lead by example and must therefore be a creative, effective and articulate communicator.
